Note: There is a $3.50 convenience fee to pay by check on the website.

Pay Rent by Phone with Credit Card

To Pay Rent with a Credit Card, call our office at 865-309-4111. Have the card available and ready and someone will process your rent payment immediatly over the phone.
Note: A 4% convenience fee will be assessed to all credit card payments. We understand that this is not cheap, but sometimes a better alternative to late fees. Receipts can be either emailed or text to a cell phone number.
