FEES

To apply for any of the properties we have available you will be required to submit an application along with $25/adult to pay for the screening. This is a non refundable fee which goes to check credit and criminal background as well as income, previous residency, and references.

MOVE IN

To move into any property available for rent we require a deposit and the prorated first month rent. We DO NOT allow move in without the deposit. The deposit and first month rent must be either cash or certified funds (cashier's check or money order). We do not accept checks upon move in.

PETS

We allow pets in houses only. The first pet is a $150 deposit. The second pet is $150 fee. If you have more than one and either is over 25 lbs. there will be an additional pet rent. No more than 2 pets are allowed.
