"Dear (Ketron Property Management, Inc.),
First of all, at this point in my life, I could not believe the situation I found myself in. I strived all my life to obtain a great credit rating and never choose bankruptcy, etc. While reading the Blount Today, I saw a small add (for Ketron Property Management, Inc.) I was in a divorce, my husband had returned to Kentucky, and 2 months behind on house payments, so I thought 'what do I have to lose?' Also, I was very liery of current scams. (KPM) returned my call. Of course, I still thought there would be some equity, but when I was educated of the process of (Ketron Property Management, Inc.) accordingly to avoid foreclosure procedure, I finally had to accept reality and ask (KPM) to my home to evaluate the property. To my surprise, I found myself astonished (by his knowledge and upfront communication of the) foreclosure procedure but at the same time his sympathetic concerns toward my desperate situation. My son was also there to be sure I was avoiding a "scam" situation. They worked diligently in all aspects: Realtor, Bank, and husband, now in Kentucky again. The contract was explained: no equity, debate with Regions on sale price of house, and still obtain a reasonable credit rating instead of ending in disaster. Both (associates of KPM, Inc.) were up-front, honest, and understaning and went over and above the call of duty to try to get this accomplished. They did everything possible to make this happen working with husband and realtor. I'm still amazed to find two young gentlemen so hard working, knowledgable, caring, and successful as young business men. Most of the time I would not take the time to do this, but I feel they are deserving. (They) definately has the character to work with people and Dustin has an abundance of knowledge with the contract aspects. I would be proud to have either one representing my company.
